Keirin Race
TrainingPeaks Virtual StaffTraditional Japanese Keirin racing - 4 laps of the track, the first 3 of which you need to stay behind a pacer. The pacer will gradually increase the speed, reaching 50kph at the end of the third lap before pulling over and slowing down to let everyone overtake. You then have 1 lap from a flying-start to see who can reach the finish line first. Good luck, you'll need it!
