Luc L3 blocks of 15 minutes each. First block 3 X 40-20 with 2 minutes active recovery between each set. Second block 30-30 with 2 minutes active recovery and third block 20-40 with 2 minutes active recovery. MAP and not FTP will be used so increase your FTP by 60 to 70%.
